Course Overview

Project Management is holistic. It has a science aspect and an art aspect to it. The standards, processes and best practices form the science. Projects often fail not because of this science but because of expectations of the various stakeholders. The art of project management is all about understanding teams, personalities and expectations and to get the best out of these various stakeholders.
