Course Overview
This 1-day course provides an overview of the key important factors in contracts, the module has been developed based on the Contracts Act of Malaysia 1950. It is important for the participants to know their role in drafting, reviewing, and apportioning risk response measures in every contract.
At the end of the training, participants will address how to apply a logical, systematic and comprehensive approach to reading, managing and implementing a contract so that the team is able to manage the vendors and to satisfy the legal obligations detailed in the contract.
